All credit/debit card payments will be assessed a fee of 4% of the amount being processed. All
clients must have a signed form on file in the event payment is requested through credit/debit
card authorization.  


All declined payments will be issued a 2% decline fee added to original total for
Product(s)/Service(s)Payment failures/chargebacks:  If processing charges fail at the time that
payment is due, AAST may continue to attempt to charge your payment method until such time
as your payment method can successfully be charged and customer will remain responsible for
the payment of any such charges.  The customer will be responsible for the costs associated
with AAST’s efforts to collect amounts due to the extent permissible by applicable laws.  If you
contact your credit card or financial services provider to request a chargeback for services
rendered and an investigation of the chargeback determines that there was a valid basis for the
fees charged to the Customer, AAST reserves the right, upon written notice to charge you the
reasonable costs associated with responding to the Customer chargeback.


AAST shall issue an invoice to the Customer in respect of products or services supplied, or to be
supplied. Payment terms will be stipulated on any invoice issued by AAST. These may include
non-standard or special clauses which AAST may reasonably request of the Customer. AAST
reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a monthly rate of 10%. Title in the
goods or services shall remain with AAST until full payment has been received.
 
AAST accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may arise from the supply of the
product(s) or service(s). In the unlikely event of AAST being unable to supply the product(s) or
service(s) as specified in the Order, liability shall be limited to the total invoice value – or
monies already paid by the Customer.
In the unlikely event of a dispute over the service(s) offered, the Customer must submit in
writing their dispute within 30 days of the Customer receiving the product(s) or service(s).
 
Unless otherwise agreed AAST will treat any information gained during the supply of the
product(s) or service(s) as being private and confidential. Likewise, the Customer shall keep
confidential any methodologies and technology used by AAST to supply the product(s) or
service(s).
 
Refund Policy:
Refunds are provided based on time frame of services begin rendered from time of subscription
order. Four weeks prior to services begin rendered – 100% minus any non-refundable
administrative fees
